Surely the ultimate fighter in manga is Sailor Moon. She has great battle cries she yells while winking:
She has great leg extension, and the confidence to name her fighting moves after herself:
And she always manages to fight with a variety of attractive accessories:
You mock her moon frisbee at your peril, bad guy:
Bahlactus doesn’t need a moon frisbee.
