This year I read 59 books and 151 manga/graphic novels. This is up from last year a little bit. The extra books are mostly due to my reading massive amounts of Rex Stout mysteries when I was on vacation. I think the books I most enjoyed this past year were Everything is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer, Case Histories by Kate Atkinson, and Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman. The manga series I started reading during 2005 that I liked the most are Fruits Basket, xxxHOLiC, and Yotsuba&!
