They’ve improved their nomination process – instead of listing everything in the comments section of a blog post, there’s a nomination form and you can check to see what’s been nominated online. Welcome the new team at When Fangirls Attack! They’ve already started linkblogging.

When Fangirls Attack is looking for new bloggers. When Ragnell and Kalinara decided to step down, I decided to stop too. I figure that way whoever takes it over will have a clean slate to start with. I may add a little bit of manga linkblogging to this site instead.

I’m on Twitter now! I’m expecting to be posting many mini-updates about the agony of dealing with two simultaneously teething babies.

Check out Word Balloons, a new blog devoted to comic books for kids. It should be excellent, Mangablog’s Brigid Alverson has put together a great group of contributors. I think this blog will really come in handy for librarians who work with children.

I realize that when I switched over to feedburner, the plugin I used to redirect traffic made all the category feeds disappear. I’m going to attempt to restore them, but just in case anything goes wrong, the main feed for this site is:
