For me, what makes RP anime isn't that good is because the Japanese aura is still so strong although the setting is in Italy (Rome to be exact). It shows from the smallest things such as bowing down before leaving a person or taking the coffee cup with both hands. They should have make the anime more Italian. Moreover, the movements of the characters are also so not Italian. This caused the anime to feel as if there's a foreign city filled with foreign people located in Japan. If they managed to make the Italian aura strong, I'm sure it'll be a great anime.
