I found a listing for volume 3 on Amazon, so there's something! Maybe it was only two volumes when CMX first licensed the series and started putting the files together to go to print.

Huh, I didn't realize that since it sounded like volume 2 was the concluding volume. I wonder what's going on.

There are actually four volumes of Oh! My Brother. (but, hm, the back of the book does call vol. 2 "the conclusion"...) Maybe it's because of how it was published in Japan—Saitou-sensei went back and forth working on Brother and Name, so the 3rd and 4th volumes of Brother only came out more recently. Now I wonder if CMX doesn't plan to publish them for some reason?
