		<description>I doubt it. In this day an age, though it is not true, most people still think manga is for kids. If libraries subscribe, many problems might occur, like the usual "parent gets angry over kids finding naughty manga." The first few titles are good for the teens, boys and girls, whereas the last few are significantly older with fanservice, which for the life of me I can't find appealing to any girl (or guy I know for that matter, especially Jack Frost). The end result might be that no one will be reading Yen Press. And the increase rate is no joke either. The bigger libraries might get it, but...</description>

		<description>Readers can go to their public library website and request the library purchase Yen Plus. I do that all the time, I got my library to purchase Shonen Jump and Shojo Beat (but not at my location, at another location... big city public library system..oh well...)</description>
