		<description>Glad you're liking the Amethyst art! I think that nowadays kids are conditioned to go for manga-style art a little bit more. Old school comic art like this might appear a little crowded/complex to them. Oh well!</description>

		<description>Love the panels you're showing.  The design in the mini-series was beautiful.  But you know what's odd?  I can't get the girls in my elementary library to pick it up!  They'll read Harlequin Pink manga, Courtney Crumin, Miki Falls, Babymouse, and Yotsuba &#38;! without turning a hair.  I even have some girls who are gaga over the Archie books; but they won't touch Amethyst.  Apparently she's too "comicy" for the manga fans and too "mangay" for the comic fans.  The intolerance of 5th and 6th girls is frightening.</description>
