I (heart) were-koalas, Happy Villain takes on the supernatural romance genre.
The Cyblils site has an interview with Gene Yang, author of American Born Chinese. They’re also asking for feedback for next year’s awards.
Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms - I really want to read this.

Aww, none of the titles in the were-koala article seemed to be about were-koalas.
Clearly, someone needs to produce some were-koala romance books.
Were-koalas, huh? I might just have to check that out. I swear Wallace and Grommit battled were-koalas in one of their early films.
BTW, I highly recommend Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms. It’s one of the best books I’ve read in ages, and it only gets better with each reading. I don’t know if you saw David Welsh’s review at Flipped!, but I think he makes the most persuasive case for why everyone should read Cherry Blossoms.
I’m totally going to get Town of Evening Calm as soon as I have some money to spare
And you know, if I’d bothered to click on the link, I’d have seen that you’d already seen David Welsh’s review. Never comment on other people’s blogs late at night!
