Reading List, August 2006

Books

A Traitor to Memory by Elizabeth George – A very long psychological mystery, this was a good pick to read when traveling.
Four and Twenty Blackbirds by Cherie Priest – Southern gothic mixed with fantasy, this was very well written.
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer – This was a gripping young adult vampire novel. It was great!
Murder Carries a Torch and Murder Gets a Life by Anne George – These murder mysteries were too cozy for me. I like murder mysteries to be a bit more grim.

This past month was really crappy. I took refuge in rereading books or reading Wodehouse.

The Magic Books by Andre Norton
Heavy Weather, The Purloined Paperweight, and Plum’s Peaches by P.G. Wodehouse
Half Magic and Magic or Not by Edward Eager
Shapechanger’s Song and Legacy of the Wolf by Jennifer Roberson
