I’m not really recommending this movie, unless you are sick of packing, all your dvds are in boxes, you’ve already seen MI:3 and don’t want to see the spelling bee movie, you’re stuck in a torrential rainstorm, and you are not averse to watching movies of the Kurt Russell escaping from things genre. But it was a bit of a break from my current main activity of sorting through the debris of my life and deciding if I want to pack it or throw it away. There was much water, explosions, and very, very cheesy acting.

    From the total lack of character development to the fact that this flick was often just plain boring, I found it to be a total dud .. I had much more fun at the spelling bee movie

    I probably should have seen the spelling bee movie, but I was hoping for some good explosions.

    Hmm, I wonder what Bruckheimer would do with a spelling bee movie.

    “Spell - onomatopoeia. Keep in mind, that if you misspell the word, that ring around your neck will explode.”

    “O..ok…um, o - n - a - BOOM!”

    Yeah, I’d watch that.

    I don’t think I will be seeing that movie. I barely like the original.
