I bought a bunch of Mason jars and wrote our names and the date on them with a fancy glass decorating pen. I was also disturbed by the hounds in wedding outfits/ personalized playing cards; it's hard to think that someone would find these fitting for a wedding. I am not going to look at these web sites any more, lest I feel faint. Now I feel I am not being too obsessive by thinking about putting a nicer cord on the sandalwood fans (they have arrived). I saw people who were getting stamps and stickers made with pictures of them and had to have just the right runner and favors and tissue packets. Though I was guilty of creating a wedding CD (which DID NOT have our picture on it and was not overly sappy) and designing a monogram. But it was more because I enjoy crafty projects and making people listen to Bruce Springsteen. Good luck with the planning and not going out of your mind with the cheesy little details you won't even notice the day of (like the parasols I shipped from Florida to California and then left in the suite before the wedding -- oh well...).
