So let's see. In "the land of the free," one can't read in Oklahoma, abort in South Dakota, smoke in public in Chicago, buy liquor by the drink in (parts of?) Utah, or say any of this in public in Kansas, lest one be considered unpatriotic. And one of the "hot button" issues in the Illinois primary on Tuesday is whether the kids of illegal immigrants should be allowed to go to school.

Sadly, this doesn't surprise me one little bit. I'm only surprised that they're specifying children's and YA books. Alabama tried to do the same thing but across the board.
