		<description>Couldn't agree more about the ALA email business. On a related note,  I really liked the one they sent recently with information on voting, complete with my username and password for their site. Granted, ALA doesn't keep my banking or credit card information, but who doesn't use the same password for more than one site. What morons.</description>
