Is Svetlana Chmakova everywhere now? This USA Today article provides details about a Tokyopop collaboration with Cosmo Girl. Chmakova is writing and illustrating a 2 page strip called “The Adventures of CG” which is going to be appearing monthly in Cosmo Girl magazine. I really enjoyed Chasing Rainbows and I think that Chmakova’s art is much more accomplished than some of the other original english manga series that Tokyopop has started putting out. I’m not so sure about the storyline of Dramacon, because I don’t tend to go for the comics about comics/anime fans genre so much. It is cool that some original English manga is going to appear in such a mainstream magazine.
