The future Mr. Tangognat and I are about to embark on a cross country road trip where we will drive to ALA, and along the way I will meet his parents and he will meet mine. One benefit of driving to Illinois - I was able to pack 6 pairs of shoes, maybe 7. I lost track. I hope that will last me for two weeks. I hope we both survive being trapped in a small moving vehicle for extended periods of time.

I hope the traveling in your Medwest jaunt goes smoothly with no bumps in the road. The couple from India have landed safely in town and look well. I think the clever people, when they travel, have a second suitcase just for shoes.
