He did a really convincing Sloane, I have to say. Between this, Liza's time on Arrested Development, and Michael York's tenure on Gilmore Girls, it's as if the cast of Cabaret are infiltrating all my favorite shows. On a side note: is it just me, or is it really good to see Marshall in a not-entirely-comedic light for once? It took me a minute to figure out that it was, actually, Joel Gray: first Buffy, now Alias! He did a really convincing Sloane, I have to say. I fell asleep watching it the week before and now I have no idea what's going on. Is Joel Grey pretending to be Sloan or is he supposed to be Ron Rifkin's brother or something? So lost! I'm constantly amazed by the people they are able to get into that cast (Rifkin, Rosselini, Olin, Grey, etc.). I am getting more and more confused by that show!
