Somehow I slept through the Mavs game on Sunday. They beat the Timberwolves, and Dirk had 33 points.

I always get a little listless when baseball season starts. Because sportscenter will be baseball all the time, and the baseball coverage makes me sleepy. I’ll have to psych myself for the Mavs-Lakers game on Thursday. Perhaps I will spend some time thinking evil thoughts in the general direction of Shaq’s big toe.

Watched “Sharpe’s Eagles” and enjoyed the Masterpiece Theateresque qualities of it. Any movie that opens with Sean Bean’s leg being demaggoted can’t be bad…
